We congratulate you on taking the first step toward better periodontal health! We are dedicated to providing quality periodontal healthcare. We are strong believers in open communication, especially between patients and referring dentists. Please utilize this website as a resource. It will help you better understand your course of treatment and answer questions related to periodontal therapy.

We provide each patient with unique care based on a personalized treatment plan developed through a team approach between the patient, referring dentist, and your periodontist. We will take the time to ensure that you are well informed and understand your proposed care before moving forward. No matter what your reason for coming to Flagstaff Periodontics, the goal of the treatment plan is to improve your quality of life through specific treatment and ongoing care.

Dr. Brandon Baillie

Dr. Brandon Baillie is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Dentistry and he received his periodontal specialty certificate from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry.  He has held appointments as an adjunct faculty member for the University of Iowa College of Dentistry Graduate Periodontics Program and Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.  He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology.

Dr. Pontip Baillie

Dr. Pontip Baillie is a graduate of Chulalongkorn University Dental School.  She received her certificate in Periodontics and a Master Degree in Oral Science from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. She served as a visiting assistant professor at the Department of Periodontics, University of Iowa in 2004. Dr. Baillie is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.

  1. Please arrive 20 minutes early to your appointment.  

  2. Please complete and bring your New Patient Form.  

  3. During your initial visit, we will provide you with a thorough assessment of your dental health, which includes a comprehensive periodontal examination, review of your medical history, x-rays (if needed), and an oral cancer screening.

  4. We will evaluate your referring dentist's concerns and address your personal dental concerns and desires.
